1. What this site provides

BookATrip.co helps visitors discover flights, accommodation and related travel services offered by independent partners. Some links are affiliate links and BookATrip may earn referral commission on eligible bookings.

2. Travel services and payment

Unless BookATrip explicitly states otherwise for a particular offer, we are not the airline, travel agent, hotel operator or payment processor. Prices, availability, travel documentation rules, cancellations, refunds, changes, service standards and consumer contracts are set by the selected independent provider. The final booking agreement and payment take place on the provider’s website. Review the booking provider’s terms before purchasing.

3. Information and accuracy

Travel availability, fares, photos, descriptions and partner features may change without notice. A search result is not a confirmed booking. Verify all final details before payment. Check destination entry requirements and official travel advice independently.

4. Booking changes and complaints

Use the support contact shown in your booking confirmation for changes, cancellations, refunds, check-in assistance or travel complaints. BookATrip can help you locate the appropriate provider but cannot guarantee third-party decisions or access all booking data.

5. Website use and external links

Use BookATrip lawfully and do not submit false booking requests or interfere with our website. External sites and embedded booking tools operate under their own terms and privacy notices, including potential affiliate tracking. See our Privacy Policy for BookATrip’s data practices.

6. Any separate direct sale

If BookATrip separately sells any item or service using its own checkout, item-specific terms and policies will be disclosed before purchase. That does not change the independent status of referred travel providers.
