Travel refunds and cancellations

BookATrip introduces visitors to independent travel partners. When you follow a partner link or widget to book a flight, hotel, resort, holiday rental, car rental, transfer or experience, you complete and pay for that booking with the selected external provider, which is responsible for the reservation.

Review its final total, changes and cancellation deadlines, fees and refund eligibility before paying. For changes, cancellations, lost confirmations, refund requests or booking complaints, contact the provider shown on your confirmation and follow its policy, subject to any mandatory legal rights.

BookATrip cannot access every third-party booking or approve refunds for payments taken by outside providers. If an item is purchased directly on BookATrip through a separate checkout, its displayed terms and applicable mandatory rights govern that transaction.
