How BookATrip bookings work

BookATrip helps you discover flights, hotels, resorts, holiday rentals, transfers and experiences from independent travel partners. When you use a partner search or affiliate link, your reservation and payment are completed on the selected travel provider’s website.

Before you book

Review the final price, travel dates, inclusions, taxes, baggage or property rules, provider name and cancellation terms displayed at the partner checkout. Availability and pricing may change until the provider confirms the booking.

Your confirmation

Your booking reference, receipt, e-tickets or accommodation voucher are sent by the provider that processed your payment. Keep these details for check-in and customer support.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact the provider on your booking confirmation for changes, refunds or cancellations. Your booking is governed by that provider’s stated terms and applicable consumer rights. BookATrip is not the payment processor for referred travel bookings and cannot independently approve a third-party refund.
